55: Twitter Spaces experiment sparks debate over recording

This week we had a lively chat about the recorded Spaces. Twitter is testing a new feature on iOS that allows hosts to save the recording, once the Space is over. While the new UI has some merits, it currently also means the removal of the recording toggle at set-up, and the disappearance of red pulsing dot which reminds listeners the Space is being recorded.

Madalyn and Suze discuss the notification that replaces the dot and whether it’s shown in the right place, at the right time, for people to know they are being recorded. It’s a great discussion, with lots of opinions from the All Things Audio community.
