They’ve helped me accelerate as a Scrum Master by teaching me things like empathy, impact, and empowerment. I’ve been lucky enough to speak as a guest on this podcast on two separate occasions. Vivek and Pabitra are amazing facilitators and their years of experience in Agile allow them to mentor and coach individuals from any background. They’ve created a wonderful community of Agilists with training content that rivals the best communities of practice I’ve seen in corporate environments as a Scrum Master and Agile coach.

The podcast episodes are absolutely wonderful and have helped me so much during my interview preparation as well as after I have landed SM positions. I love hearing about various backgrounds and different techniques/tools other fellow scrum masters leverage from their toolbox to enable and support their teams based on the unique challenges and their team’s needs. Each speakers have such fresh perspectives and depth knowledge around Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Product Management, Coaching and endless other topics. I always end up learning something new. I love that all the episodes are super conversational and fun!

This podcast is great for people that are looking to advance in their agile career or get a new position. Personally, this podcast help equip me to do really well as a new scrum master and it is the main podcast I listen to help me grow as a scrum master. Also, this podcast was a great resource when preparing for intervies.
