ANNE HAND was born in 1985 in New York and currently divides her time between Massachusetts and Mexico City. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from McGill University and a Master of Education degree from Harvard University. She has spent her career blending research, policy, and practice to create social impact in the Americas and beyond. A recognized expert in global education and development, she has frequently published on topics related to technology and society. Austrian Again is her first book.
