Earl Hamilton- Seeing things through the eyes of others

Earl Hamilton is the COO of The National Center for Faith Based Initiatives. He has worked in the non profit sector, the finance sector, and in corporate operations.  He lives in West Palm Beach, Florida. We discuss what it was like to go to a predominately white school growing up, and how he practices seeing things through the eyes of others who may have very different life experiences.
