Oceanside Unified School District has a huge focus on Career Technical Education (CTE)! Hear from Teresa Collis, their district CTE Coordinator, about how she expanded programs when she was principal at Oceanside High School, and her work now at the district level engaging industry professionals from the community in the programs through advisory and work-based learning. As a TK-12 district OUSD is also updating STEM labs and other outreach at the middle school level to better prepare students for programs at the high school level and beyond.
