Nicole Thren teaches English for Business as well as a capstone Teaching and Learning course at Grossmont High School. “You have to do to learn” is an amazing perspective as we provide students with real world opportunities. Hear more about the internship program that is integral to the Teaching and Learning pathway, as well as empowering students to understand their rights as renters by putting them into the shoes of a landlord in their business class. From project-based learning to mock interviews and ensuring students have an authentic audience, hear more as Jewyl and Nicole chat about CTE!
